When requested, a trusted, vetted Box Buddy collects your package and places it in your designated safe spot, removing it from your doorstep. You then receive confirmation that your package is secure, eliminating the risk of porch piracy. Box Buddy Secure ensures your deliveries are protected, even when you’re not home.

Instead of traveling to a drop-off location or waiting in long lines, a vetted Box Buddy comes directly to your home, apartment, or business to handle the return for you. Once picked up, your package is transported to the appropriate carrier return location whether that’s Amazon, UPS, USPS, or another supported provider.
As soon as the package is scanned into the carrier’s system, the customer receives an automatic notification confirming the return. In addition, Box Buddy provides its own confirmation, ensuring complete transparency and peace of mind that the package has been successfully returned.

I started Box Buddy after seeing how common and frustrating package theft has become. Like many others, I experienced the stress of tracking deliveries, rushing home to grab packages, and worrying whether something I paid for would still be there. What should be a simple convenience of modern life had turned into a growing security problem.
That’s why I created Box Buddy to give people peace of mind and make package delivery and returns effortless. Box Buddy Secure protects your packages from theft by having trusted, vetted Buddies collect deliveries and place them in your designated safe spot, so your packages are always secure. Box Buddy Return takes convenience a step further, sending a vetted Buddy to pick up packages from your home, apartment, or business and deliver them to the appropriate carrier return location, with full confirmation when your return is complete.
